Blackberry wine making tip

(Missouri)

I made the blackberry wine last year, turned out so sweeeeet and goood...I started with the strained berries, sugar and yeast like your steps...did not have to do the step where I "removed the pulp" and "returned the wine to the orignal carboy"...It took 60 days of bubbling in the huge carboy and the wine came out clear and beautifully sweet.. I didn't have to filter, strain, ect.... I'm not sure of the exact alcohol content, but a glass full put a smile on anyone's face.
